Welcome to The Abryl Foundation
Every Child Matters: Abryl's Story
Abryl is a 15-year-old boy, born with Down syndrome, residing in Uganda with his parents. Due to Abryl's birth, his parents established a day center for children with disabilities. This center currently accommodates around 30 children. In Uganda, there is a stigma surrounding children with disabilities. The day center is actively working to improve the conditions for children with disabilities, promoting self-reliance, and striving to shift the stigma towards a positive awareness that children and individuals with disabilities belong and are an integral part of society.
Goal

Enhancing the quality of life
Enhancing self-reliance
About Us
Who are The Abryl Foundation?
We have a daughter ourselves, Cathelijne, born with Down syndrome (now 14 years old). In the Netherlands, healthcare and facilities for children with disabilities are taken for granted. Access to mainstream education and the prospect of an independent life are increasingly possible. Touched by the story, work, and ideals of Rose and Alfred following the birth of their son Abryl, Amanda and I have decided to assist them in building a poultry farm. We own a large poultry farm in the Netherlands. We trained Alfred and Rose in 2016 at our farms and affiliated businesses. We have now commenced fundraising for the purchase of land and the construction of the facility. The poultry farm in Uganda will significantly aid the children of Angel’s Centre in improving the stigma surrounding children with disabilities. It will financially support the day center, thereby facilitating access to healthcare facilities for the children.
You can assist us in making the poultry farm a reality by making a donation to the bank account of The Abryl Foundation at NL63 TRIO 0338 6599 51. Thank you for your support! Frank and Amanda.
